Sleep makes a person more productive and active, and also helps a person to forget the anxieties and fears that were present during the waking period. It helps a person to deal much better with stress, and to be fresh in their thinking, when confronted with any problems.
A good night’s rest will contribute to the well-being of a body and help it to keep a sound mind and well rested people will always have a more positive outlook on life. You can fall sick if you do not get enough rest.
